Taiwan factory Shunde LED lead frame is mass production

Taiwan's lead frame supplier Shunde Industrial successfully cut into small-sized panel mobile phones and other fields, the newly developed LED lead frame has been mass-produced, and the demand for lead frames for vehicles and home appliances has risen. The legal person estimates that Shunde's performance is expected to grow quarter by quarter. The combined revenue has the opportunity to return to the level of more than 10 billion.

The recent stabilization of copper prices, coupled with the continued yen, has also significantly reduced Shunde's cost of raw materials, which will help raise the second quarter gross margin. At present, the capacity utilization rate of Shunde single lead frame is nearly 90%, the average rate of lead wire of integrated circuit is about 80%, and the output rate of LED lead frame is also about 70%, and it is increasing steadily.

The newly developed LED lead frame of Shunde was officially mass-produced at the beginning of this year. It successfully cut into the field of handheld devices such as small-sized panel mobile phones, tablet PCs and iPads. At present, LED lead frames account for 5% of the overall revenue, and the overall lead frame accounts for the total camp. The contract is 10%, and it is expected to increase to around 15% with the launch of new products this year.
